How Much Does CMP Plumbing charge?

For service calls (jobs that are 2 hours or less in duration) we charge $89.00 for the first 30 minutes and $50 dollars for every 30 minutes thereafter. You will find these rates to be very competitive in the plumbing industry.

For renovations or larger jobs that you wish to have billed out by time and materials we charge $100 dollars an hour for labour. This includes a journeyman plumber and an apprentice.

For new construction or quoted jobs we will simply bill based on our original quote.*

Do you Offer a Warranty on Your Work?

All of our workmanship and materials are fully warrantied for 1 year after the installation date. Some items such as hot water heaters are warrantied for up to eight years in a sliding scale.

Note: We are happy to install fixtures that are supplied by the customer that were purchased at a retail outlet like Home Depot, however we cannot warranty these fixtures. We will only warranty fixtures that are supplied by CMP Plumbing.

*This does not include any extras that were not discussed at the time of the quotation. Things such as fixture upgrades, or changes to the scope of the project may be billed as extras.
